The objectives that represent the basis of the existence of the Foundation Huarte-Buldain are the following:

1. Suggesting various exhibits of Patxi Buldain's works which may bring the public and the artist's work closer to each other, and which may arouse the public's curiosity and interest in his artistic proposals.
2. Promoting culture through a number of interdisciplinary activities aimed at the diffusion of Modern Art, taking Patxi Buldain's figure and work as a reference.
3. Boosting the educational role that the plastic activity implies and organising workshops aimed at professionals and/or people with some basic knowledge of the world of art.
4. Bringing Patxi Buldain's way of working and his creation closer to the schools, and being a specialised documentation centre of the figure of the artist.
